Every item in our store is made to order specifically for you. This approach reduces waste, keeps costs low, and allows more of every purchase to support HIV prevention, healthcare, housing, and community services.
Because each product is custom made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind. We encourage you to review product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing your order.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item, we'll make it right.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
